- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused, defect-free kits in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Process: Please contact our support team with your order number. Once we verify the condition of the kit, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
- Refund Methodology: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of usage, are opened, or are returned outside the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund due to the specialized nature of these kitchen kits.
